CSC Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at CSC full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – 1. Good salary for exp people
2. Good environment
3. No work pressure

Cons – 1. Worst company for freshers. Joining as a fresher in CSC is much more worst then jobless.
2. No challenge in work. Everything things are customized. No exposure at all.
3. Worst Management
4. Worst HR

Advice to Senior Management – 1. Stop promoting exp people in manager level even without having the managerial skills. Hire some good resources from good colleges and try to improve the management and HR services.
2. 90% project in CSC INDIA are worst. Win some good projects.
3. Try to understand the difference between the skills of Engineers and Diploma guys. Don't put everyone in same cup. Utilize the technical skill of young engineers rather then giving them stupid work which can be done by 10th class guys.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
