“Great company going through reorganization”

I had great management
Good work/life balance as long as you are getting your work done
Cons – As of end of 2012 company going through reorganization and people are just trying to protect their jobs, some senior management didnt know if they would have jobs
Advice to Senior Management – Cross-train
