Pros

Many people to work with, new changes may mean more opportunity, decent work-life balance

Cons

Constant churn, new changes may be driving out the best talent, key decisions being made by people with very little background in the company/function, constant erosion of benefits, what was a good culture being replaced by spreadsheet mentality

Advice to Management

Make the changes you need to, but not all decisions can be made looking at a spreadsheet

    Pros

    Ability to be recognized is high with top execs if you support problem clients
    Nice people

    Cons

    No support since new mgt took over and worked to improve bottom line thru labor cuts
    No staff to get done what needs to be done and no reduction to workload
    Management knows the problem, has decided not to fix in order to maintain higher earnings through labor cuts

    Advice to Management

    Mgt needs to keep employees equipped to push the company upward, even if equipping means staff. Everyone will put in extra hours sometimes, but when you go from staff to no staff and still need to get same work done, no one seems to care about remediation the load and it becomes an exit for high talent.
