CSC – “Mixed Review”

Pros

There are many learning opportunities, for both online and in person classes. The variety of classes was certainly nice. I also liked the easy access to the portal and the information put on it.

Cons

I felt as though the senior contract management didn't have the respect of staff towards the end of the contract.

Advice to Senior Management

I think it's better to have more meet and greet to introduce other staff who are working on the task or contract. It's difficult to know who the staff are when there are several tasks who are on customer site when the majority is on site.
