Cons
Outdated hardware, office equipment, decor
Pay very low in compared to other outlets in the same city. Leading to high turnover and constant training of sub-par employees.
Even though being subsidized by the Quebec government in the tune of $20k per employee. No raises the past 2 years.
No option to telecommute since they would not get their subsidy otherwise.
Few that do get promoted are not based on work competence
Constant demand to "Take that next call, go go go" without adequate staffing to back up the volume.
Next to impossible to get a day off due to the inadequate staffing, leading you to take a sick day since if you ask you'll be told "No"
Advice to Senior Management
Get a clue...
