Pros

The company has a very good benefits and health insurance program. The company believes in technical innovation that benefits our customers, even though there's no guaranteed ROI for the investments.

Cons

A lot of departments are spread too thin, barely a skeleton crew. A lot of the staff is overworked and underpaid, when comparing salaries with other companies.

Advice to Senior Management

Offer fair compensation to employees, such as bonus programs when accomplishing goals and missions. Stop giving preferential treatment towards certain employees by giving them opportunities to grow when there are others who may qualify.
