Pros

The people at Csi are great. Csi also is a good working environment. Csi also cares about its employees.

Cons

Csi does not pay that great. But it is comfortable. Csi does need to catch up in terms of technology. They are quite behind.

Advice to Senior Management

Management should try to incorporate more technology. Csi should also look to offer more competitive wages. Overal, the people at Csi do a great job and care very much about how the company does.
