Good place to work

ProsSomewhat flexible hours, great benefits, 401k, different options for insurance, great vacation, great training, great co-workers, an overall good place to work.

ConsLong hours, not many opportunities for advancement, very little recognition for a job well done, pay is low compared to other pharma companies

    Pleasant, but unrewarding
