Comfortable place to work, but can utilize a better work from home policy

Pros401k, Benefits, PTO, and good camaraderie among the different departments

ConsNeed to implement a better/formal work from home policy to be used on occasion. Also IT pay rate for skill sets is way below market. I guess they try to make up for it in their 401k contribution (which is generous), and share purchase plan.

Advice to Senior ManagementShow more support for your employees when it comes to training, recognition, and promotions.
