“Comfortable place to work, but can utilize a better work from home policy”
Current Employee – been working at CSL Behring full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – 401k, Benefits, PTO, and good camaraderie among the different departments
Cons – Need to implement a better/formal work from home policy to be used on occasion. Also IT pay rate for skill sets is way below market. I guess they try to make up for it in their 401k contribution (which is generous), and share purchase plan.
Advice to Senior Management – Show more support for your employees when it comes to training, recognition, and promotions.
