    Pros

Working for CSU Channel Islands, for me, was the same experience as attending the university. I was able to have a lot of face time with the professors as well as utilize my skills in the position I was working. Nothing bad to say about working for this amazing university.

    Cons

I do not have anything negative to say about the position I had.

I worked at CSU Channel Islands part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Working with students and CSUCI staff/administration gives some real life skills and sets up a base network as you move on to a career. Most jobs on campus are flexible with class schedules too.

    Cons

Not all work on campus will be useful in your career so try ti get a job on campus that has something to do with your field of study or what you want to do later in life.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work preparing the students for real work. Perhaps give them more responsibility to see them truly shine.
