Pros

Nice place to work at! People are respectful and appreciative of your work.

Cons

It's not easy to grow once you start there. Each office have their own developer and the needs and requirements are limited to what the office does which leaves you with no room to grow.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There are 7 colleges here, they run like 7 different companies, nobody knows what the other ones are doing. There is no sense of unity. Politics is out the roof at this place.
