No opinion of CEO

Pros

The money is not to bad nor are the benefits. You are contributing to railroad retirement and not in social security.

Cons

You are always on the road or rails in this case away from home. If you are not a family guy then this may be the job for you.

Advice to Management

Get out and chat with your employees every now and then. While working for the railroad you hardly ever see any management until things go wrong.
