Excellent products with a great support team. The systems in place make it easy to deliver results to the customers.

Cons

Lacking inventory of the most popular products makes for unsatisfied customers. Not very open minded to new ideas. The Senior Management is ran by one guy who doesn't have any accountability. He is living in his own world with zero leadership from the CEO.

Advice to Senior Management

Replace the management!
