“structured environment”
Current Employee – been working at CTS (Indiana)
Pros – cross functional teams use analytical approach. excellent new product development with on site design, program management, etc... Cutting edge technology
Cons – Union shop with lots of game playing.. not to bad after you get to know the teams and are accepted.
Advice to Senior Management – Work together as a team instead of divided divisions. There are many talented professionals that are under utilized. Focus on improving communications
