Pros

Met tons of interesting people, learnt a lot in a fast paced environment, had my ideas heard and accepted. Great place over all.

Cons

Working in shifts, lack of career building opportunities, no wages for interns, no stipend either, not structured enough, not much room for moving up

Advice to Senior Management

It would be nice to "hire" interns even if it is for two weeks. If you can't afford to pay them then offer a stipend for food and travel costs.
