they done give the support needed to reach expectations. and never do what they promise to do for the clients the employees or their managers. they are really in way over their heads in the hospital side of the buisness

Advice to Senior Management

get out of the hospital side, and do what you do best, nursing homes, and colleges. the mess you have in baltimore is best left to a company with the experience and support staff who have delt with these type of issues over the years. not managers who think a hospital is just a big nursing home that does some extra catering
