CVS Caremark – “so-so”
Pros
Good benefits and very affordable...they paid for me to become certified
Cons
the pay is very low compared to other companies that I have heard of. they have low employee rates to work peak hours
Advice to Senior Management
need to increase hours available to work peak hours and pay more
