CVS Caremark – “An OK place to work”

Pros

It's an interesting job. I like working with the patients. It can be very rewarding at times. The day moves quickly because there's always work to do.

Cons

Sometimes the other technicians are, unfortunately, very hard to work with. I've experienced lots of drama in both stores that I've worked in.

Advice to Senior Management

Definitely would like more feedback on how I am doing. Management never gives me a review or anything similar to a review. The pharmacists are good about telling me when I do a good job.
