If its your first job and you are in high school or just graduated its alright, there is a lot to learn about retail.

A good company to start but dont stay there

ConsManagement tries to avoid putting you fulltime even if you are working the hours. 32+ you are eligible for full time benefits.

Advice to Senior ManagementRecognize your employers for the work they do. It felt like the harder people work the more management depended on you to pick everyone else slacks. the same with schedules the harder you work the worst shift you got including weekends cause its the busiest and since you work hard the slacker gets it off.

    Corporate refused to give a raise to an employee who changed positions, even though pay was below position standards.
