Pros

Opportunities to move up in the company, learn how to do important tasks, as well as learn something new.

Cons

it might jus be two front store colleagues (cashier and management.) It is better to have more colleagues working.

Just continue to appreciate your colleagues, and offer opportunities to your employees!

    Pros

    -Somewhat flexible scheduling
    -Great coworkers
    -Excellent benefits
    -Opportunity for growth and advancement
    -You can usually work close to your home

    Cons

    -Terrible management.
    -Terrible company. They unrealistic expectations and walking on water isn't good enough or worth a raise.
    -Time off for emergencies is frowned upon.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please be more understanding of the fact that humans work at CVS. Not robots. Humans need acknowledgement of their hardwork and effort. When that is done, they will typically work even harder than before.

    Pros

    you get to learn a lot as you get hands on experience that gives you confidence and you get training as well

    Cons

    long working hours some times without a break and a lot of hard work goes un recognized when you do not get your due in the form of a raise after an years hard work

    should take better care of the managers and assistants as there is a lot of pressure from the top and many managers are under stress to the height of getting sick and .......
