“You'll only get further by knowing someone.”
Current Employee – been working at CVS Caremark full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Most people I work with are awesome to be around and do great with customers.
Cons – Promises are never held. Your pay is NOT worth the work that you do. The work load can be extreme. Company decisions are hurting its employees.
Advice to Senior Management – Watch how you treat employees and what you say we are there to help not be pushed around.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
