Former Employee - Pharmacist  in  Ewing, NJ
Former Employee - Pharmacist in Ewing, NJ

    Pros

The pay and health benefits are not bad, pretty much standard in the industry.

    Cons

As a pharmacist you work 14 hour shifts without a single break(no meals). Your performance is evaluated only by target numbers, regardless how short staffed you are. While the store is extremely short staffed, District Managers openly suggest that you should work on your off days(for free) in order to keep up with pharmacy tasks.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You need to consider demographic data while setting up the target numbers. Also, following your own Code of Conduct would make a big difference.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
