good benefits, very operational, no brains needed
reasonable pay, good associate discount program.
clean, desirable place for associates to work.

Cons

must wear tie, lots of truck, stocking shelves, price changes,
no challenge, mundane FSI tasks that are routine and boring.

Advice to Senior Management

a big stuffy company, communication very lost once it gets to store.
many inconsistencies, top management does not know what it is like at store level.
