Pros

Good employer to temporarily have while going to school or completing higher education. Good Place to advance and earn salary.

Cons

Few hours depending on the season, positions are very expendable and sometimes management is not qualified and/or promoted based on need.

Advice to Senior Management

Always treat employees as customers as they are the backbone of the company even if at store level and easily replaceable.
