CVS Caremark – “CVS is an okay place to work.”

Honestly, it depends on the pharmacy where you work if you will like it. I worked at two different CVS Pharmacies. One was amazing, and the other was horrible! It all depends on the pharmacists you work under and the employees you work with.

Cons

District management is horrible in the Acadiana area!

Advice to Senior Management

Recognize the talent that you have working for you. Don't assume that everyone working for you has the goal of remaining a pharmacy tech for the rest of their lives.
