I have been working at CVS Health full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Most people I work with are awesome to be around and do great with customers.

Cons

Promises are never held. Your pay is NOT worth the work that you do. The work load can be extreme. Company decisions are hurting its employees.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Watch how you treat employees and what you say we are there to help not be pushed around.

I have been working at CVS Health part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

experience in the pharmacy, learn brand and generics of drugs, busy so time goes by

    Cons

Sooo stressful from customers complaining, every 5 secs there is a problem with someone's insurance, customers yell at you constantly, customers think you should be there slave and blame you even if it's their fault.. if you cannot take being yelled at, this job is not for you. just recently became certified and was told i would get a raise and have not received one. some cvs's are better to work at than others. richmond cvs's are horrible and too busy.. very unorganized...low pay for someone who is expected to do everything and get yelled at constantly..some cvs's do not have enough space or computers, others are nicer, some stores do not have enough technician working due to little hours given. This makes working 10X harder!!! Some pharmacist help out when extremely busy, others do not care. Just depends if you're lucky or not

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

higher pay, better organization, more space in older cvs's
