Profitable, but, mundane, predictable and boring. CVS "Far - More - Than - See"

I have been working at CVS Health full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

A well established company with a ridiculous amount of growth.

    Cons

Weekly overlapping and routine duties to perform, ordering, stock levels, replenishment, price changes, daily corporate postings of "Special projects" and one large truck per week with very little labor to have it completed in their 24 guidelines. Way too much work within staffing guidelines.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Instead of opening new locations every two miles, invest some money into properly staffing and training the stores to provide a respectable level of customer service and replenishment consistently.

  2. Too many rules, training and ultimately far too much responsibility for the pay.

I have been working at CVS Health part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    The employee discount is nice.

    Cons

So many rules, so many job duties for do little pay. $9.50 an hour. This is in Aurora, IL, where Aldi's pays their cashiers $12.60 an hour and they don't need to be licensed by the state.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You get what you pay for
