I have been working at CVS Health part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Decent hours most weeks, and they will send you to a sister store if you don't have as many as you like for a day. Chill environment usually with managers and co workers. Work is easy, just long at times, but on truck days the day flies by.

    Cons

The pay will remind you that this is not a place you will want to work at for a career if you have a choice. Raises are only by 50 cents an hour and they only happen after you have been there for a year. Depending on your location, you will get your fair share of "customers" and you are expected to know how to deal with them on the fly.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You cannot teach common sense to some people and it's up to the management to know this by interacting with potential employees face to face rather than through the false online application.
