I have been working at CVS Health full-time (more than a year)

Pros

More or less liberal environment.

Cons

Complicated organizational structure with no clear lines of authority and responsibility. Not very open to real innovation. Burdened by legacy processes and systems. Strange management hiring choices.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Less micro management, more support of the employees.

I have been working at CVS Health full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Flexible work schedules, good working facilities, and non medical benefits

    Cons

Experienced tenured employees are under valued in the organization. No retention programs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Recognize tenured knowledge based employees. People make more money off the street with no experience with the company. This is causing the company to lose employees and has increased client payouts do to errors for lack of knowledge. Benefits have gotten worse over last 10 years. This constant adjustment will cause employees to leave. The excuse we are following the industry trend is not accepted when you have communication channels with other previous employees and networking to other companies in healthcare. As a healthcare company we should be setting an example... not adding to the problem.
