I worked at CVS Health part-time (more than an year)

Pros

Enjoyed working with customers assisting in filling their prescriptions and solving any problems that occurred.

Cons

There was not enough time in the day to assist all the customers needs.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Needed more space and computers.

    Can think of no pros for the company, like every other corporate job, do it their way or else.

    Cons

    Management..extremely long hours, too many corporate things to do, not enough payroll to staff store properly,

    Let local managers manage their stores, don't LOOK for reason to fire people

    Pros

    If you work in Pharmacy, they'll pay for your certification exam
    That's it

    Cons

    Lousy work environment
    team morale is low, and they always find ways to blame you for things
    horrible pay, no benefits
    they'll take the customer's word over yours in a hot second
    Management refuses to listen to you, the District managers are terrible and all the pharmacists and managers care about is their silly bonus

    Listen to your employees!
