I have been working at CVS Health full-time (less than a year)

Pros

Each representative has a chance to learn and work independently.
Communication from the supervisor is good and allows you to improve

Cons

I believe there is a lack of training and the transition from training to the floor is not a smooth process

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Implement a more intense training program for the new people. It needs to be longer than 8 days and there needs to be more than one trainer.

I worked at CVS Health part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

You have a clear understanding of what is needed of you in your position, there is a friendly atmosphere with opportunities for advancement. Many hours are available weekly.

    Cons

Not many people are scheduled nightly upfront, mostly one cashier and one supervisor for the whole night, hard to get all of your duties done with only two people watching the entire front end. Pay was not that much. considering all of your responsibilities - especially if you are a supervisor. Hard to acquire full time status. Rarely get acknowledged for a job well done.
