I have been working at CVS Health full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Fully enjoy colleagues and the day to day relationships that are built/maintained. Also, the amenities that are provided such as the 24 hour gym is a great perk.

Cons

Compensation plan is not comparable to the market. If the initial salary pay was higher, there would be less turnover within the organization.

I have been working at CVS Health full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

there is no good reason to work for this company. They use you for their own agenda. DM, walk all over managers, and managers walk all over employees. They expect you to work 17 hours days, with only a 1 hour break. They are open 365 days a year and don't care if you have a family

    Cons

as an assistant with 20 years experience, they were only willing to pay me less than $10.00 to start. I took the job only till something "real" came along

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

treat your employees with respect, dm's and managers shouldn't be so greedy with their bonus. Pay the people that allow you to take those 6 weeks of vacation, fly out of town when you want, and spend the holidays with your loved ones.
