good benefits, training provided, discounted employee stock purchase plan

Cons

not enough hours provided for staffing. work load is piled up and managers are expected to run a store and still get stock off floor

Advice to ManagementAdvice

managers needs to speak up more at meetings. say what is needed in store to run store effectively

    Pros

    Friendly work environment and training and development are available so there are some opportunities for career growth. I would recommend to work here.

    Cons

    The bad part is the extra hours and sometimes you have to pick up the slack of other coworkers or deal with picky costumers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I would recommend to work a little more on team building and employee relations so that it feel like you are working on a team.

    Pros

    You have pretty much control of schedule, so if you need a day off there is a good change that you can schedule yourself off. No life from Sept thru New year. Might as well get a cot and sleep in backroom.

    Cons

    Work too many hours for what you are compensated for. Pharmacy has an impact on frontb store bonuses, but little you can do with budget.
