    Pros

    The classroom training was extensive and professional and fellow employees were friendly. CVS cares about their employees. Really like that they are discontinuing tobacco sales!

    Cons

    The most common complaint among all pharmacy staff at my particular office was under-staffing and tight scheduling mandates from corporate. It was difficult to meet customer service standards without adequate staffing. Very frantic work days.

    Advice to Management

    To meet customer service expectations of quality, staffing requirements need to be addressed. CVS really wants to please their customers and sets high standards in achieving customer satisfaction, however, the biggest obstacle to achieving their goals is inadequate staffing. All employees worked HARD but pushed to the limits.
