Pros

The pros are working with great people when they are in a good mood, and the cool discounts you get, and its not that that busy most of the time. The pay is also decent. It was a fun place to work and managers were laid back and awesome!

Cons

Cons would be working weekends and being on-call sucks! you typically will work on weekends and holidays! Sometimes people would be really rude as well.

    Pros

    Provided opportunities to advance into higher and more long-term management position. CVS was a great environment to learn the in and outs of customer service and business.

    Cons

    It seemed there were never enough hours to finish all the projects that needed to be done on a weekly basis.

    Advice to Management

    There were not enough hours given to finish all the projects we were assigned. Too many eggs in one basket creates a stressful and disorganized environment.

    Pros

    My Pharmacists, colleagues, store managers, and customers

    Cons

    District Manager treated us like slaves. Understaffed. Too much stress. Too much training that does not relate to the work place. Underpaid. For all the stuff we do, we do not get enough pay.

    Advice to Management

    District managers need to treat people with respect and give constructive criticism. Talking down to them will not want them to change and make this company better. It makes us dread the company. WE ARE NOT YOUR SLAVES. We would enjoy a compliment sometimes.....which we NEVER get. Obviously we are doing something right if our customers are satisfied.
