Fun atmosphere with bad management

ProsGreat place to work. Training is way above most retail places. Customers that come in are in a good mood most of the time, the staff is relaxed and easy to get along with.

ConsManagement is bad at communication between the employees and them. They micro manage all the time and push the credit card way too much. They make that the initial thing on advancement and don't give people enough breaks or time off.

Advice to Senior ManagementHave better communication and to stop micro managing.
