Pros

-Great hourly people to work with
-Ok discount

Cons

-Managers dont do much but sit in there office
-CONSTANTLY changing there mind, you'll set up and end cap 5 times before they decided on it then change it the next day.
- HR will write you up or fire you for any reason
-Long hrs from thanksgiving-New years, after that your lucky to get 30hrs a week
-no time off for hunting, even though thats why you were hired you for your experiance
-Promotions are a popularity contest, not who knows more

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Needs way better leadership, great store to advance in the market but you are doing it all wrong

    Pros

    Everyone has a common interset.

    Cons

    It is a retail job that is lower pay. You have to deal with customers that sometimes believe that they are always correct. Staffing can sometimes be an issue.

    Pros

    You can mis a lot of work if you know the rules and not be written up.
    Traning was good you felt like you could be on your own when it came time

    Cons

    When you need help Help Desk Sucks....they aren't helpful and seem like you are bothering them when they only take calls from employeees who need help. Your supervisors are not helpful and get pissed off when you ask a question. When the system crashes enjoy the day because tomorrow it is not going to be a good day when people call back pissed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The way the company is ran is terrible and the people working on the floor could run the company smoothly. Have someone who is only there to help like help desk walking the floor especially when a new traning class is finished because help desk is hard to expain issues to and half of the time its a simple question or a error code.
