    Pros

    great benefits package for a single individual with child with health,dental,vision it only cost $5 out of each check.also if you happen to live in a cablevision area your cable is free, or they will pay partial of any company accept verizon fios.

    Cons

    constant changes with commission, no room for growth within the company. the loss of channels or battles cause the company to become flooded with too many irate customers which makes it hard to do the job asked of you.

    Pros

    -Great Benefits

    -Micro- Management
    -Little to No opportunities for advancement away from the phones
    -Rude customers
    -Constant Rate Changes or Channel Removals
    - During Winter months there is NO INCLEMENT WEATHER even when there is NO WAY anyone can get out there house
    -Constant RED light from September- April
    - Supervisors Dont Do much of anything but write ppl up or fire them
    -Time management is a must if your even 30 seconds late your on a write up
    - Policys change every 15 days and there is alway something new to upset the customers
    - The pay is too little for the aggravation and verbal abuse you get from customers everyday

    Advice to Management

    The Supervisor and management staff need to be trained on empathy!!! They want reps to empathize with the customers because they wont pay there bills on time, but they have no remorse for a person who has a child sick with asthma and needs to leave early.

    They also need to switch up the management staff. After 5 years the same people hold the same positions and nothing is really changing but the level of stress the employees endure.
