there are good benefits the starting pay isn't that great but the treat you well and are flexible with time off , there is alot of overtime available

Cons

the is alot of politics involved there aren't that many opportunities to advance and when there are its not always based on performance

promotions should be based of job performance not who you know and who you are friendly with or who you know in the company and you need to give us more time to complete trouble calls
