Pros – You will learn a lot about sales. Work hard and you will be rewarded and compensated well. You get out of it what you put into it.

Cons – This is not an easy job, however it its not a complicated job. You do need to adapt to working in all types of weather, hot, cold, rain and snow. And you do need a thick skin, although this is a good thing for sales.

Advice to Senior Management – Roll play sales situations and sell on value. Don't use gimmicks to sell, they only hurt the company in the end.
