- Disapproves of CEO
“Complete lack of Direction, Poor Integration”
I have been working at Cablevision Systems full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Paycheck shows up on time, Free cable and Internet access, work is not very demanding at all.
Cons – Projects cancelled all over the place, then reopened, then cancelled again. No direction from management. Communication between management layers is non existent. Very little chance for promotion. Anything involving managerial approval take 5 times as long as it would under normal circumstances.
Advice to Senior Management – You have some extremely talented internal people, but the structure of your company makes it impossible for them to help you. Do more to develop your internal talent, and trust them.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
