Customer Service Representative II (Current Employee) Jericho, NY

Prosdecent salary & benefits, awesome people to work with as most are down to earth and have a sense of humor

Consschedule isn't flexible, 30 minute lunch breaks, can't use the bathroom when needed unless you have a doctors note to prove you have to make a few trips to the restroom, job is based on the number game & if you don't pull enough numbers they fire you, there is no job security!

Advice to Senior Managementoffer a real lunch break & offer flexible schedules especially for single parents

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

    Good job with a few glaring problems

    Pros: Other employees and the management in the call center itself were for the most part very nice Pay/benefits were good (The full 220$ cable+phone+internet for… Cons: Almost any time there was a meeting we were getting handed more sales and customer service responsibility that we were supposed to preform during the… Advice to Senior Management: Tech support is NOT a sales position.
