    Pros

    Company is more tolerant and soft towards employees with a cultural fabrc knitted into it. people ar not harsh in their day to day behaviour and managers are not bully type. People in general are respected as humans.

    Cons

    mangement is scary fo decisons and repsonsibility is pushed downa wards from the top. Lower work force is not aligned with mangement and the sam is not acceped as s aproblem resulting in every one downg the job 2-03 levels below and hence vaccum in liong term strategy. Decsions are adhoc and unplanned. Most importantly every one does the job of other person and takes pride rather than doing their own.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Complete revamping the system from the scratch and puuting system before the person in all repects. Stop personifying the success and failure. In good system , no one can perform badly and in same way in a bad system, no one can perform in a better way. Puuting very clear accountability and resposnisbility bot at the top and bottom as they are the back boen. Should have a control on work force at the bottom in terms of discipline and resposnisbility which absolutely non- exstent as of now and noone like to bell the cat and take the bull by horns. If it coninues, already on teh down path.
