    Good work life balance
    Good piers

    Cons

    Poor management especially mid level managers
    less growth opportunity.
    Very less communication from the management.
    Management doesn't want to recognize the good work of employees

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Mid level managers are lots of time biased. Please pay attention to the jobs delivered by your employee rather than from where they belong to and who they are!

    I worked at Cadence Design Systems

    Pros

    One of the leading EDA company.
    Chance to move around and get exposed to different areas.
    Some good people to work with within the company.
    Some good customers to work with.
    First to come up with solution for new features and try it out.

    Cons

    Internal politics at manager level and above.
    Too many overhead because of the politics.
    Only few people are actually working and making the difference.
    Recognition is not given to the right people because of politics and internal relations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get rid of the politics. Make sure everyone works with the same goal to improve the products as a whole solution rather than individual product to grow the company.
