Pros

- technically challenging work
- fun and flexible work environment
- great compensation
- competent direct management
- good reward systems

Cons

- financially not stable. as a consequence, when bad economy hit, employees were laid off
- management overhead is big given the fact that there are (I heard) over 100 VPs

Advice to ManagementAdvice

- focus on the technology development
- value your employees as the most precious asset
- cut the management overhead
- be financially wise when do planning

    Senior management under appreciates and under estimates employees.
    Few, if any, growth opportunities in the U.S.
    Too many forced shutdown periods.

    Demand vacation to be taken, but be more flexible on the time period within a year.
