ProsCadence is stable and growing.

ConsThey outsourced their payroll and benefits and our benefits were erased. When you went to a doctor appointment, they system didn't recognize you reflected you as uninsured.

Advice to Senior ManagementYou have people working in departments that aren't qualified to perform their duties.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
