I have been working at Caesars Entertainment full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Centralized structure, lots of opportunities for internal job growth for top performers.

Cons

Capital-constrained environment means that groups are consistently understaffed and low on resources, to a point that is not sustainable. High turnover in intellectual-capital positions. Fragmented communication throughout the company.

I have been working at Caesars Entertainment full-time

    Pros

Free Health Center (never used it)
    Solid Resume Builder
Networking with other lower level managers (few will advance, many will leave. Keep contact with everyone.)
    Location: Las Vegas
    Multi-property experience (HIFOB: Harrah's, Imperial Palace, Flamingo, O'Shea's, Bill's)

    Cons

Pay...it's not very competitive. There's also no incentive pay. Work hard, get paid the same.
Long Hours without recognition for effort.
They exploit their employees and guests. Long hours for fewer than necessary employees, and guests get 2 water bottles and glow sticks when the power goes out.
    Comps aren't accessible.
Blind eye to heavy FMLA abuse.
Unhelpful HR...too lenient with Culinary and Teamsters' Unions

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to listen to your lower level managers. Far too often they don't get a voice. They are your direct connection to day-to-day operations and they understand the performance of the business. Capital Investments will need to be made to keep and create new guests.

I worked at Caesars Entertainment full-time for more than a year

    Pros

full benefits. I can not think of any other benefits.

    Cons

Very old and traditional value system that makes no room of self development
Your voice was hard to be heard. And the managers were protecting each other so the subordinates never get to talk their way out of their tight spot.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more involved with the employees, be humbled to listen and be sincere to really care.
