I have been working at Caesars Entertainment full-time (more than a year)

Pros

Very strong holdings in the hospitality industry. Provides a decent amount of benefits. Willing to hire people without any previous experience.

Cons

Some of the ways individuals are promoted seem unfair. There are sometimes where it seems like most of the people I work with are negative people and not satisfied.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat workers more like people and less like assets.

    Pros

Centralized structure, lots of opportunities for internal job growth for top performers.

    Cons

Capital-constrained environment means that groups are consistently understaffed and low on resources, to a point that is not sustainable. High turnover in intellectual-capital positions. Fragmented communication throughout the company.
