    I worked at Caesars Entertainment full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    I learned a lot in a new field, patient people to assist and answer questions.

    Cons

    A good work ethic doesn't seem to matter though. Female attorneys are self-serving and bossy, say one thing and do another. They really don't make you feel like "part of a team". Their policies for treating legal administrative staff is not conducive to the position, they have the same rules as the shift work casino workers. All in all, they should be treated like the paralegals instead. Some people have swelled heads and like to lord it over staff on the same level as they are. Most of the time, it was a very uncomfortable atmosphere.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Change your rules regarding administrative staff. They are not "casino workers" and deserve to be treated better.

    Pros

    - definitely a meritocracy
    - management is excellent
    - RMs have a ton of responsibility and there are opportunities to gain additional responsibility if you're good

    Cons

    - living in Las Vegas isn't great
    - no presence in Asia prevents significant growth opportunity

    - expand to Asia and/or legalize online gaming
