I worked at Caesars Entertainment full-time for more than a year

Pros

Really take into consideration work-life balance, very focused on employee health and wellness, had it's own medical center and workout facility in Las Vegas. Just a great company!

Cons

A big company so not always sure who did what but that is the only con I can think of

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep it up! I loved it there.

I worked at Caesars Entertainment full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great office environment and very pleasant co-workers. Good benefits, along with great perks. If marketing does not use the rewards for VIPs, then people at the office get to use them

    Cons

Not time is allowed of during month-ends and year end. There is not gym. Also the kitchen doesnt have a gas range.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Have more incentive programs

I worked at Caesars Entertainment full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

It was good to have insurance, which came to the rescue more than once. Also, I met wonderful people among both guests and employees. Aspects of the job were quite pleasantly challenging and gave me added confidence in my abilities and potential.

    Cons

Upper management had a wanton disregard for the concerns and safety of its employees and fostered the same attitude in middle and lower management.
Rules were changed often and without warning, sometimes in mid-shift (once only an hour after a particular rule had been discussed in pre-shift).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be honest and consistent with your guests AND employees, it will reap great profits in all ways in the long run.
